After Sales Service


The company provides clients with comprehensíve after sales service, including, System
support and maintenance. We service remotely by access to client's system, by telephone
and email but we also visit regularly on-síte to provide support, problem solving and on-going
training for new officers and admínistrative staff.

Every client to date has chosen to extend its annual Service Agreement with the company
which provides extensive and detailed support for the Schweers Electronic Infringement
Processing System.
