The world renowned Politess Web Office system is easily configurable for installations ranging from a single officer to large cities with many hundreds helping private operators, city authorities and police to enforce parking regulations efficiently and effectively. Politess Web Office however is not installed to a local server but in the Cloud. We will host the application for you. All you need is an internet connection for your hand-held equippment and a local PC with an internet-Browser.

Offence data can be collected by traffic wardens or police using a handheld computer like the Ticketman X6-11, TM-12, X7-14 that are all capable of printing a paper ticket to be left at the vehicle. Or use any or any smartPone or Pad with belt mounted printer or by QR-Code based enfocmenet with out the use of printer to be carried. The intelligence of the handheld ensures that a variety of checks are made on the data, all but eliminating incorrect entries and ensuring the confidence of the court system for a valid fine. All important entry fields such as streets, citation details and special license plates are present in the handheld ensuring immediate feedback and correction for invalid entries.

The data is transferred from all of the handhelds, either overnight or immediately via GPRS, 3G, to a hosted Server from which it can be sent on to one of many different back end financial processing systems. This data is also archived within Politess Web Office to be available for our advanced and powerful statistical reporting tool. Our flexible data handling allows easy configuration of the terminals and export to many different back office systems.
